Job Description
1. Independently responsible for the department's product operation tasks, including but not limited to: collecting and organizing the department's product needs, liaising with product managers, responding to needs, and tracking performance after product release.
2. Based on operational goals and the current state of the product, build effective data tracking mechanisms, promote optimization of operational plans based on business development needs, implement and execute online product promotion activities, and achieve KPI targets.
3. Continuously track product effectiveness, analyze user behavior and needs, and understand competitor trends to conduct competitive analysis.
4. Based on operational status, productize existing workflows to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Possesses excellent analytical and logical thinking skills, a sense of responsibility, high pressure resistance, and the ability to complete projects independently.
2. Possesses insight, independent analytical skills, a strong desire to learn, creativity, and strong communication skills.
3. Passionate about product operations and dedicated to innovation and solving challenging problems.
4. Able to create PRDs and prototype diagrams. Preference given to candidates with banking experience or familiarity with installment-based e-commerce, community e-commerce, or the online business industry.
5. High pressure resistance, execution ability, and learning ability.
